Zayn has shown good progress in learning English, and his positive attitude in class is highly commendable. He is always enthusiastic, happy, and actively engaged during lessons. One of his strongest qualities is his ability to stay focused throughout the class, which greatly supports his learning.
Zayn demonstrates good skills in reading and listening. He can follow reading activities well and understands spoken English fairly well. However, since the tutor uses full English during lessons to build immersion without translation, Zayn sometimes finds it challenging to fully understand explanations. Even so, he consistently tries his best to follow the lesson, which shows a strong willingness to learn.
An area that still needs improvement is grammar application in writing. Zayn generally understands grammar explanations and can complete guided exercises in class, but when writing independently, he sometimes becomes confused and struggles to apply the grammar correctly. This area requires continued practice and attention.
To support his overall English development, Zayn is encouraged to increase his daily exposure to English through activities such as watching videos, reading simple texts, or listening to English content, while reducing translation into Indonesian. For writing and grammar, reviewing class materials and practicing simple writing at home will be very helpful.
