Qiannah is a cheerful, active, and positive student in class. She shows good enthusiasm during lessons and is able to understand the materials well. Her comprehension of questions is good, and she can follow the lessons quickly. In terms of listening, reading, and writing, Qiannah does not have any significant difficulties and performs well overall. However, there are times when Qiannah feels unsure about the tutor’s instructions and may misunderstand them. To make sure she understands correctly, she sometimes asks again using Indonesian. This shows that she wants to understand clearly, which is a good attitude. At the same time, the tutor is encouraging students to get used to English by minimizing the use of Indonesian in class. The main area that needs improvement is speaking. Qiannah sometimes feels confused when responding in English, which may be caused by limited vocabulary and confidence. In addition, her voice in class is often very soft, so the tutor sometimes has difficulty hearing her responses clearly. To help improve her speaking skills, it is recommended that Qiannah gets more exposure to English at home, such as watching English videos or listening to English content to build her vocabulary. Practicing simple English conversations with family members at home can also help her become more confident and comfortable speaking English, not only in class. With continuous practice and encouragement, Qiannah has great potential to improve her confidence and speaking ability. Keep up the positive spirit, stay brave to speak up, and keep practicing—your English skills will continue to grow. Keep shining, keep learning! |
