Shanum is making steady progress in class and shows willingness and effort to learn. She is able to follow classroom activities quite well and shows a fair understanding of the material given.

In terms of skills, Shanum’s reading ability is one of her better areas. She can read sentences more fluently than before. Her writing skill is also developing well, especially in spelling, as she can spell words. This becomes a good foundation for her to continue learning how to write simple sentences. Her vocabulary knowledge is at a developing level and continues to grow through class activities.

The areas that still need more improvement are listening, speaking, and grammar. In listening, Shanum sometimes has difficulty understanding basic instructions, so repetition or translation into Indonesian is still needed. In speaking, she can answer simple questions, but she needs more practice to respond using complete sentences, expand her vocabulary, and speak with a louder and clearer voice.

In class, the tutor will provide more guided listening practice, simple speaking drills, read aloud and grammar exercises using clear examples. At home, Shanum is encouraged to review vocabulary, listen to simple English audio, and practice short English conversations with family members.
