Alisha has shown good overall progress in her learning, and I am happy to see her development. She has a strong willingness to learn, which can be seen from her habit of taking notes on new vocabulary discussed in class. This is a positive habit that supports her vocabulary growth and helps her in writing with more accurate spelling. Her reading skill has also improved. She can read more fluently than before and is able to understand simple reading texts well.In listening, Alisha can follow the tutor’s instructions quite well and is able to catch specific information from audio recordings during listening sessions. Her speaking skill has also shown improvement. She can respond to simple questions in English, although she still needs to get used to using English more often and answering with complete sentences. In writing, Alisha is able to write simple words and sentences fairly well. However, she still needs more practice in remembering correct spelling of the words she has learned. Her basic grammar understanding is already quite good, but regular review is still needed. In class, Alisha will be encouraged to practice speaking in full sentences and guided speaking, reading simple texts and apply correct spelling in writing activities. At home, reviewing vocabulary notes, reading aloud, practicing write in simple sentences and speaking about daily conversation will help her improve further.  Keep Learning, Keep Shining, Alisha!
